On June 19th, I sent out the board of directors meeting minutes AND the information on electronic mailings for the annual meeting.  Many have returned these forms, but quite a few have not.  If you did, great.  If you did not because you didn’t see it or forgot to send it in to me, but are interested, I am attaching it to this email.  We have our first of several mailings regarding the upcoming annual owners’ meeting going out in September and I need to have that list ready for Gateway.  

This is something new and we feel it is a way for us to save on postage and to make sure everyone receives it, no matter where you are – not missing it due to travel or mail forwarding delays.

So, if you are interested in allowing this, please print out the 4th page of the attached email, fill in and sign, scan and return to me via email at this address (spinnaker4000@gmail.com) within the next few days.
