Since we have have new owners and new information, I am sending out our updated “Owner Information List” for your convenience. It is uploaded to our website here. As usual, let me know if you have made any changes or I have made any errors.
As a reminder, esp. to new owners, this list is ONLY for the use by Spinnaker residents and not to be shared with outside interests, such as realtors or salesmen.
