We have a lot of visitors here this week and we hope they enjoy our little piece of paradise and have a very HAPPY THANKSGIVING! 

HOWEVER, it is the owner’s responsibility to make sure these visitors, whether adults or children, follow our rules in all respects, but especially regarding the pool cover.  

If they can’t manage the pool cover, they MUST get help.  This morning it was found removed in very bad shape and not pushed back against the fence.  We’re sure it was not intentional, as they may not know the proper technique.  That is why it is up to the owner.

As was brought up at the annual meeting, this is a new pool cover and needs to be treated carefully.  If done right, it is very easy.  But it does take 2 people to keep it tracking well.  PLEASE go over the instructions with your guests and make sure they understand.
