Although many of you are not here yet, we want to share a couple items of interest:

1.  Our long time Spinnaker friends, Mel & Mary Schursky, have sold their condo and are headed back north to be near family.  Though we will miss them, this is the right move for them.
To celebrate their friendship and say good-bye, the residents that are here at Spinnaker plan a poolside party, Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023 at 4pm.  Just bring an appetizer to share and your beverage of choice.  Let’s send them off with our love and best wishes.

2.  A important note on our poolside umbrellas:

• Always close the umbrellas when leaving the table you were using.  None should be left open when not in use, and all should be closed & tied when no one is present in the pool area.
• The rolling white umbrellas are being used next to the pool which is fine.  They are being closed when not in use, and that is very good.  However, when finished using them by the poolside, please roll them back up against the fence and put the brakes on.  Otherwise, a strong wind could possibly topple them into the pool, not only damaging the umbrella, but possibly the pool liner finish.  
• Please advise your family, friends & renters using the pool of this requirement.
