To all interested parties,  

The “Contact Information for Condo Lease & Sale”  that I sent out last week was helpful in 2 couples pairing up with owners with available rentals.  I am thrilled to see it work.  You can find the most updated list here.  If your information is incorrect, or you wish to be removed from the list, please let me know. 

Negotiations are between the owner and the prospective renters and we are not involved until the final application comes to us for approval.  However, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.Note that there are a couple owners that will rent at various times other than “season” if you might be interested in alternate dates.

As a reminder, for those who have verbal commitments but have not yet submitted your applications, within the next couple months is a good time to start the application process.  November and December get very busy for me.
