All the heavy roof work is done, with just finishing touches and the punch list remaining.  So this will be my last roof update per se, as all vehicles can go back in their assigned spaces.  

I am sure that Jim Cull will send out another newsletter sharing updated photos for you to see.

And, of course, this is not the last time you will hear from me!  My emails never stop…

We also have new owners in Unit #421 – Ed and Mary Ellen Mulhall.  Ed is here this week, so if you see him, give him a friendly Spinnaker welcome.

Their information is included in the attached “OWNER INFORMATION LIST”. 

Also, remember that the website address is on the first page of the directory, right under the Spinnaker email address.  A current directory will always be kept there too, for your convenience.

Hope everyone’s summer is going well.  We at Spinnaker have been busy and a little crazy, but looking forward to some fun time away after this is all over!
