Well, the tear downs and drying-in are done on all the condo buildings.  The crews have been amazing and the cooperation amongst the residents in keeping work areas clear has been noteworthy.  Thank you all!

Now we continue with the installation of the metal panels and finishing touches.  For the most part now, we just need to keep center guest spots open on the buildings they are working on, to allow their crane to get supplies up to the roof. 

Buildings 1 and 2 are nearly complete, but there will probably be “finishing” steps to work on.  When the dumpster is gone from bldg. 1, that parking area will be open to all vehicles.  Don’t move there til it’s gone or there won’t be room for the truck to pick it up.
The next up for work will be bldg. 3.  Keep those center spots open as marked and don’t block their staging area.  We are trying to mark areas needed, so do not park between where cones are placed.

Now that bldg. 5 tear down is complete, all those spots will be ok for parking until the workers reach that building for installation.  Since it takes at least 2 days for installing, 5 should be open for parking until late next week.  Again, it all depends on the weather, which now is iffy, so it could be later.  But I will keep you posted.  You may park there until notified differently.Again, thank you for your cooperation
