I thought about addressing upcoming emails just to the owners of the buildings affected at each step of the way.  However, I have decided to address everyone at each step so people understand the process and the progress as it continues.  This is a very big project which will call for everyone to be patient, cooperative and understanding.  Remember, even with me keeping you posted on dates, etc., unanticipated changes may occur due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.  In the end, it will be well worth it.

Some materials have already arrived and are located between buildings 3 and 4.  Obviously there will be more, lots more, starting on Monday, May 22nd.   Please do not block access to this area.
If at any point you have a question, or notice a problem, call me at 352-318-3339 and I will do my best to give you an answer/explanation.

As previously stated, the work will begin with building #1.  They will start next Monday, May 22, delivering 3 dumpsters (which will go at either end of building #1 parking spaces), and will start tearing down on Monday or Tuesday.  Therefore, we are asking that ALL vehicles in front of building #1 be removed by Sunday, May 21.  The workers need allthese spaces for working their heavy machinery along the front of that building and to access dumpsters easily.

If you are not here, you have probably designated a person to move your vehicle, so please let them know.  If you do not have any one designated, let me know.

We will let you know when building #2 needs to be clear.
