The vote is in! 

First off, we want to thank the 52 owners that took the time to share their opinions by sending in their votes.  It is this community sharing of ideas and responding to requests that shows Spinnaker spirit is alive and well.  Thank you all.

The vote was overwhelmingly in favor of the Pompeii Ash, so that will be our new roof color.  We hope you are as excited as we are.  The tile has been ordered and the start date should probably be around the third week in May, barring any shipping problems, of course.  If the weather cooperates, the job should be done a month from start.

And while we are in the thanking mode, we want to thank Scott MacLean for stepping up to assist JoAnn on the landscaping committee, esp. while she is up north. His work with JoAnn’s guidance, on-site leadership and attention to detail will serve us well.  
Along with that, we want to thank the MANY people who have taken on the job of watering our shrubs and newly planted trees.  We appreciate their contribution immensely.  Because the period after planting is so critical for getting the shrubs/trees established, we couldn’t do it without them.  THANK YOU.
