We have had some changes to our “CONTACT INFO FOR CONDOS LEASE & SALE” listing. The updated listing is attached to this email.
If you know of anyone who may be interested in this information, please pass this along.
Also, I am asking that once you have gotten results on either leasing or sales, you contact me (thru the spinnaker4000@gmail.com or call 352-318-3339) so I can remove your name from the list.
Other than keeping this list, the assn. is not involved until the completed application comes to us for approval. It is up to the owners and renters to make their own contacts and arrangements.
I want to reiterate that the only way this is a valuable tool, is if it is kept current. I will send out updated lists as often as necessary to keep everyone informed
Remember to get your lease application packet from the Secretary each year. Returning renters do not have background checks done, as they are already “vetted”, but must still fill out applications along with a new lease contract.
As a side note, a good time to submit your “Applications for Approval of Lease”:
· Anytime Now thru mid-June and Sept. thru mid-November. Summer and Nov-Dec are times when things get very busy for all of us and applications may not get immediate processing (though they will eventually get processed).
