Just some follow information on things brought up recently:
1. Tom and Lou met with the CPA last week and had a good discussion. The CPA stated that his work involving Hurricane Ian, and it being tax season, has delayed his review of our accounting procedures. He did agree to reviewing our documents and will report to us by the end of May.
2. As most of you may know, giving your insurance company a copy of your building’s “Wind Mitigation Verification form” may save a significant amount on the cost of insurance. Since it has to be renewed every 5 years, we have hired a company that plans to be working on that tomorrow, March 29 (in case you hear anyone up in the attics). The report should be available soon after that.
